• All initial or final submission-making by an author (s) shows that they fully agree and understand the Terms and Conditions/ policies of the IJSPSY.
• Any names and email addresses received by or sent to the IJSPSY will remain private and be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal. No content will be displayed or shared in print or online with a third party in any circumstances. The IJSPSY may take required legal action if found doing so.
• The author (s) warrants that the articles is original, not plagiarised, and not published anywhere else and the real author (s) of the article, except for material identified as to its source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required.
• The author (s) has taken the consent form from our University/institution/ project guide/ supervisor/research committee before publishing articles to IJSPSY.
• The author has taken the consent form from co-author (s) before publishing article (s) with the IJSPSY.
• The author (s) should confirm that they are satisfied with the authenticity, validity, and originality of the IJSPSY. In case of refusal of our publication by the university/institution/employer/ project guide/ research committee, they will not ask for a refund or pursue any legal action against stated personalities or IJSPSY.
• The author (s) should accept that any copyright infringement claim is filed and proven against their (our) published article in the future. The IJSPSY has absolute rights to remove the article (s) from the index immediately without prior notice, and the author (s) will not ask for a refund or pursue any legal action against stated personalities or IJSPSY for the same.
• Only the author (s) is responsible for the impact and outcomes of their publication decision (s), and the author (s) will not ask for a refund or pursue any legal action against stated personalities or IJSPSY for the same.
• The IJSPSY shall not take any accountability for the contents of articles published on its platform, and all such liability shall lie with the author (s).
• The articles’ opinions are exclusive to the author (s), and the IJSPSY may disagree with such views partially or fully. All the articles submitted for publication in the IJSPSY are scholarly peer-reviewed for moral issues and effectiveness.
• The decision of the reviewers shall be held final. The author (s) is solely responsible for the uniqueness of the published work. The IJSPSY shall advocate the highest ethical standards of scientific publications.
• The author (s) retains the copyright of the material published in the issue at the IJSPSY. However, reproduction of the published material partially or totally in any form is with due acknowledgement of the sources as ethical norms.
