COPYRIGHT POLICY

The copyright ownership is retained by the author (s), except for third-party images and other materials subject to copyright by their respective owners. However, submission in the IJSSE implies that the manuscript has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or academic thesis, etc.), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, and all authors approve its publication, and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the manuscript was carried out.
The author (s) should accept that any copyright infringement claim is filed and proven against his/her (their) published article in the future. The IJSSE has absolute rights to remove the article (s) from the index immediately without prior notice, and the author (s) will not ask for a refund or pursue any legal action against stated personalities or IJSSE for the same.

Before publication in the IJSSE, the author (s) must sign an AUTHOR AGREEMENT LETTER. This agreement is submitted and signed by the authors together with the article, in which the author (s) certifies that the submitted material:
• I/We, ..., the undersigned, declare that this manuscript is original, has not been published before, and is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere.
• I/We confirm that the manuscript has been read and approved by the named author (s) and that there are no other persons who satisfied the criteria for authorship but are not listed.
• I/We further confirm that I have approved the order of authors listed in the manuscript.
• I/We understand that the Corresponding Author is the sole contact for the Editorial process with the IJSSE.
• Author (s) is responsible for communicating with the co-author (s) about progress, submissions of revisions, and final approval of proofs with the IJSSE.
• I/we have obtained written permission from copyright holders for any excerpts from copyrighted works included in the article and have appropriately credited the sources.

• Author (s) is informed that he/she (they) can deposit (Self-Archiving ) such as submitted article, accepted for publication article or/and final published version of the article in any suitable sources. For example, institutional or other specialised repositories, personal websites, etc. without an embargo period.
